SRI SAI RAGHAVENDRA VAASTHU JYOTHISHALAYAM (SRVJ) was established in the year 2001 AD at Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh State, India) by Srimathi Dr. Venkata Padmaja Vydehi with a view to help people make the most of themselves by becoming aware of the areas of their true strength the keen insights offerd by India's traditional lore of astrological learning. A brilliant student since childhood, she graduated in Telugu Literature from Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh and was awarded gold medal for securing first rank in the entire area under the university jurisdiction. She was awarded doctorate in 1993 by the Central University of Hyderabad for her monumental thesis titled A Comparative Study of Nationalistic Literature in Hindi and Telugu. Hailing from an orthodox family where the tradition of astrological learning has been in the veins for generations, her qualification in the science acquired from Sri Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad can be said to have only a token significance.
